Sevilla Tip Top is a lodging agency that offers the service of finding the lodging type that you are looking for in the form of: rooms in shared flats, individual apartments, students' halls of residence, or sharing with families based on half or full board.

· Who can use the service of Sevilla Tip Top?

We offer our service to any person of 18 or more years.

· Is there a cost to use Sevilla Tiptop to make a reservation?

Seville Tiptop charges a commission for the service of finding the lodging that you are looking for. This commission is paid once and the amount depends on the type of lodging selected and the length of stay.

In addition a deposit of 100 Euros is charged to guarantee possible loss caused to the owner of the property (only refers to last minute cancellation or failure to show up on the specified day).

The rents will be paid in cash and directly to the holder of the property.

· What are the responsibilities of Sevilla Tip Top?

As a lodging agency Sevilla Tip Top charges a commission for the service of finding accommodation for the person who requested it. Our responsibility is to find the lodging according to the conditions that are requested, and that you formalize. In the event of late cancellations we will reimburse the holder of the property for the inconvenience of this. Starting from there the tenant will assume the normal terms imposed by the holder of the property and Sevilla TipTop has no further responsibility.

· What is the deposit for?

The deposit is a guarantee for Sevilla TipTop that the visitor will arrive on the agreed date. The deposit will be paid at the same time as the agency commission by credit card or bank transfer. The amount of the commission and of the deposit will appear in the page corresponding to the elected lodging. The deposit will be refunded in full in our office one week after occupying the lodging. It won't be returned in the cases explained in our cancellation policy.

· What payment method do we accept?

For the payment of commissions and deposit we accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard), bank transfers or cash in our offices. The payment of the rent is paid in cash to the owner of the property at the moment of entering the apartment. Delayed payments are not permitted.

· Is the computer system secure for payment by credit card?

We take all the precautions to protect your personal data. In this page all private information is coded and protected with the best software in the market. We also make all possible efforts to protect personal data off-line. All the data are limited to professional use and are for use only inside the office of Sevilla TipTop.

· Where are the lodgings located?

Our lodgings are located in various neighbourhoods of Seville, for example in La Macarena, S. Julián, Puerta Osario, Alameda, Sta. Mª de la Blanca, Stª Cruz, Triana and others. All are located in central and safe neighbourhoods and always near bus stops.

· Are the lodgings as advertised?

All the lodgings are supervised by the Sevilla TipTop agency. They are welcoming, with good facilities, well ventilated and with good atmosphere. We make a rigorous selection to guarantee you a pleasurable stay.

· Do I have to bring something?

In each lodging type it states exactly what features are included in the requested lodging.

· How do I arrive from the airport?

Pick up by Sevilla TipTop: It is the quickest and most effective way - we take you to the exact address in minutes. The price for the journey is 35 Euros.

By Taxi: The price for journey is between 20 to 30 Euros

By bus: Monday to Saturday from 05:45 to 24:45 every half hour Sundays and Holidays from 06:45 to 23:45 every hour Price per journey: 2,40 Euros.

Once you get to the centre of Seville we recommend to take a taxi to the accommodation. It is recommendable to get off the bus at the train station Santa Justa and take a taxi.

· Do regulations exist in the lodgings?

There are some basic norms of shared living and common sense that all tenants should abide by, such as partaking in the tasks of the house, to respect flatmates and any other logical norms to create a good atmosphere of true shared living.

· Can I change lodging?

Yes, either individually, or by using the services of the Sevilla TipTop agency, in which case a new commission applies for the search for new lodging.

· Does Sevilla Tip Top have more lodgings than those that appear in the web page?

Yes, Sevilla TipTop has a wide database and is constantly adding new lodgings. Occasionally some of the new lodgings might not yet appear on the web site but we intend to update as fast as possible.
